WARDEN'S COURT.

Monday, Apeil 27th. (Before H. A. Stratford, Esq., Warden.) The application of Guffie and Latham for a mining lease at Clarks Diggings was heard, Mr. G. F. Howlatt, for Eliza Gogarty (the administratrix of the estate of the late Thomas Gbgarty) opposing the application. Mr. Rowlatt made a preliminary objection to the Warden hearing the application, as the hearing had not been adjourned from time to time, at regular intervals of thirty days from the day first appointed for that purpose by Warden llobinson. Objection sustained the Warden informing the applicants that they might apply again if they wished.
