Giles Talty received protection for hi» claim for ninety days. •- . The United M. and E. Company Applied for a head race, which was objected .to by Giles Talty, and granted, subject to conditions, viz.:—That the race should not be brought nearer than twenty feet to- : • Talty's claim. The remaining business consisted of transfers, and renewals of water race licenses.
