; Police v. John Deem. —Selling spirits without a license. Two witnesses: wereexamined for the prosecution, and, the defendant not being called upon to reply by the Bench, the case was dismissed.
Applications were made by Donaldson and Leahey, under the Agricultural-; Leases Regulations, for sections on Block; 1., Macraes district. •
