The offence was proved, and the defendant fined £3', and Cain t. M'Cready.—Claim of £lB damages, for the detention of a dray. The detention was proved, and the Bench awarded the plaintiff £2 10s. damages!, with £4 16s. costs, considering that th 6 plaintiff had delayed seeking relief from the Court. The Court also adjudged the dray to be the property of the plaintiff.
