WARDEN'S COURT.

Monday, November 17th. (Before H. W. Robinson, Esq., Warden.) G-ogarty and Q-reer v. Martin and Byrne.— Complaint for interference with a dam at Ciarks—the property of complainants. Mr. Bailey for plaintiff's. It appeared that the summonses in this case had not been served. The defendants, however, were in Court on other business, and expressed themselves willing to let the case proceed ; but as Mr. G-o----garty was not present Mr. Bailey said the case could not go on, and it was struck out.
