DISTRICT COURT.—Aug. 27th.
SITTING IN BANKJttUFI'CY. (Before R. E. Meld, Esq., acting in the absence of his Honor the Judge.) Mr. Or. F. Eowlatt, solicitor, moved, on behalf of Eobert Keenan, hotelkeeper and farmer, of JSfaseby, that he be adjudicated t a bankrupt. The Court granted the motion, and ordered the first meeting of creditors to be held in the Court house, Naseby, on Wednesday, the 3rd September next, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, at which time the bankrupt is to surrender. The order to be gazetted.
