EppAvrigkt, for the murder of the mate of his-skip at Russell, has been hanged. After . the cap was fitted and the drop knocked off he only fell six inches. All efforts to lower the drop proved ineffectual, so the culprit had to be' taken down and the drop readjusted. When the drop fell the second was instantaneous.
