.July 31st. (Before H. W. Robinson, Esq., R.M.) Brookes v. M'Kenna, Claim of £23, on dishonored bill. Judgment for amount claimed aud costs, to be paid by instalments of £2 per month. • 'M'Cready v. Keenan.—£3o 4m, coals supplied. A set-off was put in, amo noting to £l9 2s 8d of the plaintiff's account was disputed; After a good deal of cross swearing, his Worship gave judgment for £23 12s, 25s costs, £1 Is professiooal fee, and 10s plain tiff'' * expenses. M. Young v. T. Moore.—Claim for writer supplied, £26 odd. No appearance, judgment oy default.
