HESULT OF THE ART UNION IN AID OF THE CATHOLIC GHUUCH -AND SCHOOL, ST. BATfIANS. (To the Editor of the Mofnt Ida Ghbonicxi:.) Siß,-r-In connection with the above I have to inform you that the drawing for prizes came oft on the 10th inst-, instead of on the 3rd, as advertised. The postponement was due to the want of information regarding the exact number of tickets sold by one or two non-resident' friends. Therewere 27 prizes, and the following is the order in which the winning numbers were drawn, viz.:—324, 202, 163, 167, 91, 186, 268,14, 250, 289, 3, 85, 291, 177, 245, 193, 19, 192, 362, 244, 113, 322, 88, 207,155,387, and 221. The prizes, with few exceptions, were won by residents of St. Bathahs, the "first prize " going to Mr John Scott, of Welshman's Gully. The Committee desire to-tJiank purchasers of tickets for their very liberal patronage.—l am, &c., T. Hon. Sec. School Committee, St. Bathtns. 13th July, 1873.
