WARDEN'S COURT.
I (Before IT. W. Robinson, Esq., Warden.) Monday, May 19. v Christian and others v. I'homas and others.—This was a complaint for interference, the damages being laid at £45. Mr Hertslet for the complainants, and Mr Kowlatt for the defendants. The complainants were three in number, bat had only two miners' rights that could be produced to- the Court. Upo'.i the objection of Mr Kowlatt, the name of the person whose miner's right was not forthcoming was struck out of the complaint. The remaining complainants then asked for a nonsuit, which was granted. Costs allowed to defendants, £3 9s.
