T Trudgeon v. John Creighton.—Claim £4 for wages. Judgment for £1 15s, and 9a costs.
Application for Re-Hearing—Morgan y M'Donald.— Mr Hertslet as agent for the plaintiff. Mr Morgan applied for re-hearing:, of the case, which had be3n decided, on che ■ 7th November. He tendered proof, that fresh evidence could be produced, which might put a different complexion upon the case. Mr Bailey was heard for Mr M'Donald against the re-hearing. The Court decided. to grant a re-hearing for the 16th inst. Temporary License—Mr E T George applied for a temporary license, for ».iie of " spirits at the race course.—Granted.
Applications were also made, by several hotel-keepers, for permission to keep their houses opsn, nights of the race meeting.—Granted.
