ST. BATHANS.—Nov. 19.

The Warden (E...H; Carew, Esq.) attended at St. Bathans on the 19th inst., but the business transacted was principally of a routine character.

The following grants were made:— Wade and another, bye-wash for water race at Mountain Gully; Halley and others, alteration of water race from the Manuherikia to Surface Kill; William Leader, water race to carry one head from Blue Gully; Towers and others, an extended claim near Surface I Fill, subject to conditions to protect iuture mining operations on the land above. An application by Keenan and Morgan for an agricultural lease of fifteen acres, near St. Bathans, was referred to the Government.
