(Before 11.-\\ r . Robinson,-Esq.,.Warden.) .' O'FCeefe and another v. MKae and another.—Tn this case M'Rae was proved to be the holder of a residence area, upon which O'Keefe.and party desired to enter. The allegafe ous for the complaint were —Ist,'-that the ground, though marked oat, ha. I never been worked under the provisions of the .Regulations, .aad, 2nd, that the pegs-, .and marking were insufficient. The Warden visited the ground, . and proposed a compromise, namely, that, the disputed-area should: be divided, which was accepted by both parties.
