RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.—JuIy 26.
(Before H. W. Robinson, Esq., R:M.) Police v. Archibald TKrvey. In this case the charge was -having been, on the previous evening, drunk and disorderly. The Bench came to the decision, as there had been no previous complaints, the case should be dismissed. Police v. Creighton and Money.—ln this, case the Court decided that the information was informal, and allowed the case- to be withdrawn. Creighton v. Money.—Charge of assault. Admitted. Eintd £2 10s. and costs. '■ . . Several cases were heard under the Dog Nuisance Ordinance, all of which were withdrawn the taxes having been paid.
