No entries will be received for any of the above races, except upon this condition —that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the stewards, or whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all point* thail be final. No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse for any race in this programme (the Hack and Hospital Races excepted) unless a I subscriber of not £2 2s. to the race fund. Any jockey riding, except in colors entered, will be fined £1 Is. Five per cent, deducted from the gross amount of all stakes for expenses.
