The following Clause (2) of the Hospital Ordinance, 1870, having reference to the Voting at the Election of Committee and Officers, is published for general information : "Notwithstanding anything in the Hospitals Ordinance, 1862, to the contrary, no contributor to the funds cf any Hospital shall be entitled to vote at any meeting for the election of the Committees or other officers of such Hospital, unless such contributor shall be of the full age of 21 years, and shall have paid his annual contribution of £1 at the least, or an amount ot £10 in one sum, to the funds of such Hospital, at least one month before the date at which such meeting shall be held."
