RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.—Oct. 28.
(Before H. W. Robinson, Esq., R.M.)
Glenn v. "Kichmond and M'Clafiy.— Claim, £l6 17s lid for goods supplied. Judgment for nmount claimed, with 18s costs. Wednesday, November 1. Brookes v. Brown.—Claim, £2 8s for goods sold and delivered. Defendant did not dispute the debt, but said that a portion only of the goods were ordered by himself, and for these he was willing to pay; the remainder by bis mate, for which he considered him liable. Judgment for amount claimed, with costs.
