WARDEN'S COURT.
(Before H. W. Robinson, Esq., Warden.) Friday, July 28. Final judgment in re Crotty and M'G-rath y. John Creight m : Defendant to forfeit the surplus ground hitherto held by him in excess of the half acre to which he is entitled, as the same is defined in the plan this day produced to the Court. Defendant to pay Bs. costs of Court, and 20s. expenses of complainants. Thursday, August 3. Crotty and M'Grath v. Corbett and King.—The complaint wits that the defendants have encroached upon the claim of the complainants, and are now occupying the same for mining purposes. No evidence was adduced, but after lengthy argument the complaint was dismissed. Mr. Smythies for complainants, Mr. Hertslet for defendants.
