Anderson.— Claim for £lO for damage done to complainants' tail race on the west

side of the Main G-uliy, by negligently allowing tailings from hi,-* tail race on Surface Hill to flow rhereinto. The Warden visited the ground, when the Court was adjourned till two o'cleck. The evidence was lengthy and conflicting, and the Warden postponed judgment till to-day at 2 p.m. iiogers v. Shaw.—This was an application for a declaration of forfeiture of a tail race in Booth's Grully, on the plea that the same hud been totally disused for a period of over twelve months. A decree of forfeiture was ordered, the complainant to pay to defendant the sum of £lO, in consideration of the expense of construction.
