The machinery is nearly n«w, and consists of — One ten-head battery, with cast-iron framing, complete, and selfacting feed gear, &c., &c,; one six-inch plunger pump, with crank ; boiler, 25 feet by 6 feet, set in brickwork, with lofty brick chimney ; horizontal steam engine, 16-inch cylinder, 36-inch stroke. The above are built on heavy timber foundations, and the whole under cover of a substantial galvanised iron building. The railway iron, props, slabs, and tools, will be sold in one lot, or separately as required Terms at sale. A detailed list can be seen at the office of the Auctioneer.
