SPEEDING • has been favored with instructions from the Mortgagee to sell by auction, at his rooms, Princes street, Dimedin, on Monday, the 24tli instant, at twelve o'clock noon, The lease, buildings, and machinery of the above Company. The machinery is nearly n«w, and consists of — One ten-head battery, with cast-iron framing, complete, and selfacting feed gear, &c., &c,; one six-inch plunger pump, with crank ; boiler, 25 feet by 6 feet, set in brickwork, with lofty brick chimney ; horizontal steam engine, 16-inch cylinder, 36-inch stroke. The above are built on heavy timber foundations, and the whole under cover of a substantial galvanised iron building. The railway iron, props, slabs, and tools, will be sold in one lot, or separately as required Terms at sale. A detailed list can be seen at the office of the Auctioneer.
