Resident Magistrate a's Court. (Before H. W. Robinson, Esq., R.M.) Three cases of assault and abusive language were for hearing, but all these cases were withdrawn by permission of the Court. Warden's Court. (Before H. W. Robinson, Esq., Warden.) Grant.—Harding and others, tail race. Agricultural Lease Application.— The hearing of the application of Mr. D. F. Main for an agricultural lease was adjourned to April 19th, no survey baying been made. ■ Extended Claim —The application of M. S. Duffy, for an extended claim, was withdrawn.
