A number of applications were entertained, and the Warden was occupied trom 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. The following grants were made:—Extended claimsAll Nations Company (Registered) Dover and party. Dams—All Nations Company (Registered), J. Pulton, .N'imo and party, Evans and party. Water races—J Pulton, Evans and party, Ben Lomond Company (Registered). Tail raoes—Dover and party, Ben Lomond Company (Registered), Niino and party. ' The application of George Mirk for an extended claim was refused, and tHat .of John Robinson for water race allowe&.to stand over for correction.
