There, is a small Dwelling-house, 4-sfcall Stable, Store-room (12 x 24) ; also, range of Piggeries, fenced-in Stock Yard, and Hayrhaggert, &c'., &c, upon the place. Also, a pair, of first-class Plough Horses, with Harness, Cart, Plough, Harrow, Roller, and Chaff Cutter. Eighteen pigs, 49 fowls, and 10 geese. Can hare as niauy first-class Dairy Cows, and a good team of Eight Bullocks with "Dray and bows complete, if required.
