NEW ZEALANDERS FOR THE AIR FORCE.
Wellington, Last Night
'Six New Zealanders who are desirous of joining the. Royal Air Force on short-service commissions have been recommended by the Director of Air Services. They are J. W. Burgess (Wellington), B. Teviotdale (Wanganui), J. L. Armstrong (Dannevirke), R. W. Hobbs (Christchurch), J. Eddies ton (Helensville) and It. Colehrook.
.Basil Teviotdale, is an ex-Fox-tou boy. It will be remembered that his father was drowned while attempting to save the life of a lad in the riveir, near the wharf some years ago. '.Basil’s Foxtail friends will wish him 1 success in Ids career.
