BOYS’ CRICKET CLUB
At ij. meeting of hoys interested in cricket, it was resolved to extend the membership and admit all boys resident; in Foxton up to the age of sixteen years, two teams to he formed, primary school and senior boys.
Tin* following officers were elected:—Pati'oi), Air. F. S. Easton; president, Air. Howe; vice-presi-dents, Revs. Nicholas, Walton, 'Tapp, Messrs F. Mason, J. ■ K. Hornblow, E. Robbie, R. Warwick, G. Judd, J. Ohrystall, F. Robinson, J. Newton senr.; lion, secretary, James Chrvstnll: committee, H. Newton (club captain), N. Walls, C. Carmont, F. Mhunscy.
It was decided to send a challenge to the Levin primary school cricket cup, the match to be arranged in the near future.
