The Government Meteorologist wires at noon to-day as follows: The indications are for northerly moderate winds strong to gale at times. Expect dull weather with much mist and fog in parts. Misty rain is to be expected. Barometer unsteady. IBarometoir lias a falling tendency. Seas rough, tides moderate.
