ALL SAINTS’ CHURCH

CHOIR SOCIAL AND DANCE. On Thursday evening All Saints’ Church choir held a very successful dance in the Sunday schoolroom, tlie committee comprising of Misses Y. Easton, li. King, If. Owen, X. Spring and I. Easton. The schoolroom was heavily taxed and a most enjoyable time was spout by all present. Messrs L. Matinr and F. ('apie supplied the dance, music, extras being played by Miss M. 'Moore.. Mr. E. Alsop acted as M.C. and the supper left nothing to he desired. During the evening novelty dances wove won as follows: —Monte Carlo, Mr. \Y. Hussey'and Miss D. Benin; spot waltz, Mr. M. Baird and Miss J. Francis; Monte Carlo, Mr. Whitlow and Miss 11. Spring (prizes donated bv Mrs. Harvey); Monte Carlo, Misses C. and E. McKenzie.
