The Government Meteorologist wires at noon to-day as follows: The indications are -for northerly moderate winds freshening later to northerly winds strong to gale at tidies. Increasing haze and cloudinjiss. Later some scattered showers. Barometer falling slowly. Tides and seas moderate; sea increasing.
