GIFT AFTERNOON
Miss E. Cummerlield was entertained at a gift afternoon in the Methodist, schoolroom in honour of her approaching wedding yesterday. 'Competitions were won by Micsdnines R. Easton and Ciipnnerfield and a dainty afternoon tea served. Miss Cummerfiekl opened the parcels -which contained a variety of useful land ornamental articles accompanied by congratulatory messages. 'The ‘Rev. Mr. Taipp, on behalf of the recipient thanked, all for the happy social time, and gifts and good wishes.
