At Thursday’s meeting of the I’nxfon Chamber of Commerce the President (Air. .J. K. Hornblow) staled that since last meeting lie had been in conversation with Mr. Ai. 11. Oram, of Palmerston North, vim was interested in commercial aviation in (lie Dominion. He had made enquiries as (o the suitability °l Uie Ahum wain River for landing A seaplane on and had intimated that it there was a .sufficient expanse of water at the Heads he would endeavour to have the new flying hunt which his company was bringing put to New Zealand hind in the estuary at the Heads.
