M ANA WATT COUNTY COUNCIL TO TAKE ACTION. Traffic Inspector W. Berry when ,( porting to Tuesday's meeting of the Manawalu County Council staled that certain motor lorry drivers arc disregarding lho speed regulations on highways and further appear to lake a delight in occupying the centre of ■the highway to the annoyance of other motorists. Such flouting of the trallie regulations could only he met by proscciiliiiii and it was proposed to lake active measures to pot down •In- practice as far as the Alanawutn Connlv was concerned.
