EXTRAORDINARY TRAFFIC.
CARTING SAND AND FLAX. COUNCIL SEEKS ROYALTY. The excessive carting of sand and flax on the roads in the Waikato County, constituting extraordinary traffic, lias caused concern to the Waikato County Council. The engineer, Air. A. A. Woodward, in a report submitted to the council lasi week, said the council was losing a good deal of revenue from tliis cause.
