THE RATING ACT, 1925. jSjIoTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Moutoa Drainage Board, at a meeting to he held in the Board’s Office, Main Street, Foxtou on Tuesday the 29th day of April, 1930. ;it 7.30 p.m. and under the provisions of the Rating Act, 1925 and the Drainage Act, 1908 and its amendments, to make and levy a General Rate of two pence in liie £ <m •Class A, one penny and one half-penny in the £ on 'Class B and one penny in the £ on Class C, upon the unimproved rateable value of all properties appearing in the Valuation Roll of the Moutoa Drainage Board District in the above-mentioned classes, and also to collect five-sixteenths of one | penny in the £ upon the unimproved j value of all properties situated within the Special Rating District.
