The usual monthly sitting of the meal S.AI. Court was held this morning before Mr J .L. Stout, S.M.
Prohibition orders were taken out, at the request of the police, by three local residents. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES.
A. E. AlcKenna was ordered to pay A. Fraser £3O 1/fi and costs £1 11/0 forthwith in default twenty < a: days’ imprisonment, warrant (- .upended as long as defendant pays 10/- per month. William Aldridge jar. was ordered to pay I*. C. Lenihan £l7 9/-, ami costs £1 1/- forthwith in de--lult .14 days’ warrant suspended as long- as defendant pays £2 per month.
