BAND OF HOPE.
The first monthly meeting of the year of the combined Band of Hope, was held in the Methodist Sunday School-room last evening. A. short address was given by Rev. Nicholas on “Band of Hope” and its work. The following contributed items Myrtle Hughes, pianoforte solo; Ula Thomson, song; Tommy Thomson, gazo; Ada'Dorset, Shirley Barron, and Annie Dorset, recitations.
