SPEED BOAT TRIAL.
■Messrs Andrews and Gray, of Palmerston North, intend trying out an outboard speed boat at the beaeh this afternoon. A 25 h.p. engine has been installed in the craft and it is anticipated that a speed of between 35 and 40 miles per hour will be attained.
