HIGHWAYS WORK.
In connection with the uncompleted sections of highway hi the Maim walu County Council, Mr. a. Linklater, M.P., wires as follows: "Pleased to inform you that the Highways Board has authorised bitnminising' of the road from boxtou 1,, Himalangi, also the completion of the Mount Stewart section of (lie Sanson-Awalmri road. The Maiiawatu County section to Rangiotu and Kairanga County has also been approved and will be iinishrd forthwith.”
