There is no doubt that John Orimlaw, the leading character in the new Stoll production, “Guns of Loos,” which will be seen at the Town Hall to-night will be widely discussed when be is seen on the screen. He is an original character created by Sinclair Hill, the director, and Reginald Fogwell and Leslie Howard Gordon, who were responsible for the scenario, li the early part of the film he is seen as the man of iron—feared by iiis workpeople, inspected by bis friends, loved by the heroine. Based on a stage play which was nothing short of a sensation, “The Woman from Luna,” Pox film featuring Mary Astor, is the attraction at the Town Hall on Monday. The screen production is 'an absorbing and human tale of a young and beautiful girl, wise beyond her twenty years, hard-boiled as she needs must be to play the part in life she does, that of a “come-on” tor a seaside amusement concession known as “Hel.” She sickens of the life she is leading and finds a way out by marrying a young chap who is keeper of a lighthouse.
