Thc monthly sitting of the local S.M. Court was held this morning before Mr. .T. L. Stout, S.M. CIVIL CASES. Judgment was given for plaintill in the following civil undefended cases:—A. E. Tongs v. D. Williams, claim £l, costs £1 13/-; J- Relicher v. E. Boyle £1 7/8, costs 13/-; S. Mil I tar v. J. O’Sullivan £1 12/0, costs 8/-. .11 'DOMEX T SU M MONSES. Jluia Miha'ka was ordered to pay A. G. Cough! rev £-1 1.4/- lorthwith, in default live days’ imprisonment. it “ha rlcs Aldridge was ordered to pay V. A. A lid-one £OO 1/11 forthwith, in default 28 day’s imprisonment, warrant suspended as long as defendent pays £-1 per month., together with costs £2 2/-. One or two cases set down tor hearing were adjourned until next month. m [
