BOROUGH HORSE GRAFTED FREEDOM FOR LIFE.

Rome time ago the Council decided to pension off - the borough horse for life and he was granted his freedom on ’ Victoria Park. When that was done thoughtless motorist campers were not taken into consideration for at last night’s Borough Council meeting it W as reported that campers were in the habit of leaving the gate open and the animal frequently found his way on to the borough roads.
