•■SENSATION A L DEVELOP--mbstts. Wellington, Last Night. Sensational developments in connection with the United Party’s organisation took place to-night at a meeting of the executive of the United New Zealand Political Association. > A resolution, according to an official report supplied to the press, was unanimously carried, terminating Mr. Davy’s services as chairman and stopping the payment of his honorarium. In a statement also made tonight, Mr. Davy declared that the meeting was illegal and intimated that to-day he would apply to the Supreme Court- for an injunction restraining the executive from acting in the manner decided upon.
