At the local Police Court yesterday before Mr. M. E. Perreau, a Livanaki farmer who was a visitor to the Foxton races on Thursday, was charged with being drunk, while in charge of a (motor car. Constable Owen outlined the case /j after which accused was convicted j* and fined £5 until costs 3/-. Accused made application for the ,-yy suppression of Ms name which g ranted.
