IN BANKRUPTCY.
A petition in bankruptcy has been tiled by William Henry Jolin■son, labourer, of Foxton, the deficiency in whose estate is the amount owed to unsecured creditors, £lO6 13/8. There are no assets and no secured creditors. The principal unsecured creditors are as follow:- —H. E. Garbett (Foxton), £l9 13/6; Hospital Board, £l3 11/0; Dr. Wlyllie (Foxton), £l2 2/-. The other debts are small amounts owing chiefly to tradesmen.
