WOMAN’S DEATH AFTER OPERATION.

Napier, December 23. Mrs. D. E. Dorsett; a nurse by occupation, was found dead on a bed in her residence by her husband when lie returned from work last evening. Deceased had been att-eiw ded by a doctor for a weak heart. At the inquest this morning concerning the death of Airs. Sarah Jane Alderman, a widow, who died after having some teeth extracted under an anaesthetic at the Napier hospital, a verdict was returned that deceased died from heart failure, due to the shock of an operation combined with the effect of pyrroliea.
