The dog poisoner has again commenced operations locally. Two {logs met thei|r deaths through poisoning during the week end. Tenders are being called for stripping the hull of the Manuka oi: behalf of the underwriters in London. It is understood that London is not heavily interested in the cargo which is mostly insured locally.
