The Government Meteorologist wires at noon to-day as follows: — The indications are for southerly winds .'moderate to strong. Soon veering by west to north. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather. Semiperatures becoming milder shortly. Barometer falling slowly. Seas rough, tides good.
