THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires at noon to-day as follows: — The indications are for northerly winds moderate to strong and after about 16 hours backing by west to south. Expect dull weather with much mist and fog in parts. Rain probable. The weather will probably become colder. Barometer unsteady. Seas rough, tides good.
