OIiDINAiRY LAND-TAX PAYAjBLD. jjY Order iu Council, made and issued by His Excellency the Go-vernor-General in Council on 'the 4ih day of November, 1929, under tiie authority of the Above Act, it was determined that the duty by way of ordinary land-tax leviable under the said Act should be paid in one sum on Thursday, the 21st day of November, 1929, at the office of the Commissioner of Taxes, Government Buildings, Wellington; and, in accordance with such Order in Council, 1 hereby give notice that the said duty will be payable accor - dingly. Additional tax will accrue if the tax is not paid on or before 12th December, 1929. The liability to pay is not suspended hy any objection. The tax should be paid on or before the prescribed date, otherwise the additional percentage accrues; any overpayment will be adjusted by refund. The demands will be posted from the office of the Commissioner of Taxes on or about Sth November, 1929. EXCURSION TO WELLINGTON. ' SUNDAY, NOVEMBER lOtih, 1929. MESSRS MARGE BROS. Char-a-banc will leave Foxton at 8.15 a.m. on Sunday next for Shannon.to connect with Excursion Train leaving Shannon at 9.25 a.m. for Wellington. Char-a-banc meets return train at Shannon at 7.14 p.m. for Foxton. Seats booked at Mr D. Ball’s Tobacconist shop.
