A general warning that motorin charge of cars while in a state of intoxication, will po'ohahly get terms of imprisonment in future without the option of paying a. fine, was given' by Mr. E. C. Levvey, iS.M., in the Magistrate’s Court to-day. He commented on the growth of this class of offence preparatory to lining Viteor Beaumont £6 and. c<2sts and cancelling his license for 12 months on a charge of. a car on Saturday evening.
