FOXTON TENNIS CLUB.
The Foxton Tennis Club held a most successful shop day on Saturday. The following are the winners of the various competitions:— Tie and socks, Mr. W. Ross; vases, Mrs. Melton; hair brush, Miss N. Wloods; flour, Mrs. Christie; hose, Mrs. Grey; sheep, (Mr. C. Procter; cigarettes, Mrs. B. Walls. The club wishes to thank all those who assisted with donations of ea'kes, competitions, vegetables, etc., and also the general public for the support given.
